Home Remodel with Fire Damage in Oceanside ,CA
These homeowners had a difficult time with a previous contractor so we are excited to step in and take care of business for them so they can be back in their home.
You will see that some things have been fixed up, but a lot of what has been done is going to have to be taken out and redone since it wasn't done thoroughly. The kitchen will be torn out and replaced as well as the room addition that was added on incorrectly and without a permit. Outside the fence, which has been burnt, will be replaced as well. The bathrooms in the hall and master bathroom need new cabinets and basic things like a mirror and medicine cabinet.
Our biggest set back right now is getting a permit with the City of Oceanside so that we can move forward with demo and construction. We are estimating this will take about 6-8 weeks.
